WHO WE ARE

AndCare wasn’t born in a boardroom. It started on a workshop floor.

Back in 1998, two engineers — both frustrated with the clunky, one-size-fits-none design of medical aids — decided to build something better. Their workshop was small, but their ambition was simple: make rehabilitation equipment that actually feels right.

For years, they quietly improved parts for bigger brands. Then, in 2021, they launched AndCare.

Today, we’re still that same team of builders. We’re not a design agency that outsources production, and we’re not a factory that mindlessly stamps out parts. We’re both — a hybrid that thinks like a designer and works like a manufacturer.

What makes us different? We take existing products — wheelchairs, rollators, shower chairs — and carefully re‑engineer them for modern bodies and real‑world use. Better ergonomics. Smaller packaging. Faster assembly. And yes, higher margins for our clients.

Our specialty is rapid customization and low‑MOQ production. We work best with e‑commerce brands and startups who need quality without the red tape. Send us a sketch, a sample, or even just a complaint about a product you hate — we’ll turn it into something better.

We’re not the biggest. But we might be the most thoughtful.

Because in the end, good engineering isn’t about adding more features. It’s about removing frustration — for the user and for the business that serves them.

Why Choose Us

1. Are you a factory?
Yes, we are a direct manufacturer. Our 10,000-square-meter facility is located in Shunde, Foshan, Guangdong, China. It includes metal, injection molding, and assembly workshops, with around 100 employees and multiple production lines. You are welcome to visit.

2. Do you offer competitive pricing?
Yes. We control the entire production process — metalwork, molds, injection, and assembly — in-house. This gives us strong quality control, reliable lead times, and competitive pricing, especially at comparable quality levels.

3. What does AndCare provide?
We design and manufacture a wide range of rehabilitation and daily living aids, including electric wheelchairs, manual wheelchairs, rollators, walkers, shower chairs, toilet chairs, crutches, and other assistive devices.

4. What makes AndCare different from other factories?
We are a modern manufacturer with strong design capabilities and an e-commerce-focused approach. We respond quickly to market needs, redesign products to solve real user pain points, and help clients build product lines and brand identity. We also offer flexible customization with lower MOQs and shorter lead times than traditional factories.

5. What is AndCare’s sample policy?
We provide samples on a paid basis — the client covers sample cost and shipping. Once a subsequent order is confirmed, the sample fee will be refunded.

6. What certifications does AndCare hold?
We are CE and ISO13485 certified. Most of our products have passed SGS testing. For the US market, we can support FDA and 510(k) upon request.

7. Can you handle custom designs or low MOQ orders?
Yes. We specialize in fast customization and small-batch production. Our in-house engineering team enables quick response to custom requests, and we accept lower MOQs compared to traditional factories.

8. What is your typical lead time?
For mass production, lead time is usually 30–45 days after sample confirmation and deposit. For small batch or custom orders, we can expedite depending on the complexity — just let us know your timeline.

9. Do you support OEM/ODM and custom packaging?
Yes. We offer full OEM/ODM services, including custom colors, logos, packaging design, and instruction manuals. Our in-house engineering and assembly teams ensure fast turnaround and precise execution.
